How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”, enter your email, and follow the OTP verification steps to set a new password.
How do I add a manager to my shop?
Go to the nav drawer (hamburger menu) → Managers → Invite Manager. Enter their email address and they’ll receive an invite to join your shop.
Can I use Shopwise offline?
Yes. Shopwise supports offline mode for logging expenses and tasks. Data will automatically sync when connectivity returns.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to shopwiseapp.support@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and your registered email address. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.
How do I change my password?
Open the nav drawer (hamburger menu) → Change Password. Enter your current password and set a new one.
What platforms is Shopwise available on?
Shopwise is available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store).
