By using Shopwise (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Shopwise

Shopwise is a mobile application developed by Satish that provides shop and restaurant operations management tools including expense tracking, inventory management, staff and payroll management, task management, and bulk order handling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shopwise. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately at shopwiseapp.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service
Use the App to store or process data that violates applicable laws

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Shopwise (expenses, inventory, staff records, etc.)
You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the App’s services
We do not claim ownership over your business data

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
The App includes offline functionality for core features during connectivity interruptions

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopwise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from errors in expense calculations, payroll processing, or inventory tracking
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of reports and calculations generated by the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any)

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting shopwiseapp.support@gmail.com
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
